I feel that Football should be available to anybody who is ready to work hard, learn and play fair with enjoyment and discipline’, Success has always been secondary to policy,

 

 

 

 

 

 

Behaviour on and off the pitch and their development as players, officials and individuals are more important. By concentrating on this policy, Lemsford as a club has grown substantially.
